Ensuites – Project One

Before:

For this En-suite the client wanted a room they could change from time to time by painting walls, replacing flooring and new blinds. To achieve this we suggested using Multi Panels inside the shower area and as a splash back over the vanity units. This left the rest of the walls to be plastered but protected the walls where they needed it. Our engineers began by relocating the existing Heated towel rail and radiator, this allowed a large walk in shower enclosure to be fitted. We also altered the waste under the floor so the tray sat directly onto the floor.

After the shower tray was installed we moved onto the Multi panels. One end of the shower enclosure was boxed out from floor to ceiling. This had two advantages, first it hid the pipe work and cable for the shower and it meant the shower tray fitted wall to wall. At this point we also first fixed the vanity units and relevant pipe work for the basin and toilet.

After:

To complete the En-suite we installed the basin, toilet and plinths to the vanity units. The splash back made from the Multi panel was installed, and the screen was fitted and sealed in. This completed the room and it had gained a lot more storage space, a generous sized shower area and a stylish new look.
